Quality Objectives:

“We aim to achieve the following Quality Objectives in year 2018

  • Number of customer complaints per year: ≤ 20 significant cases*

[*Significant cases – denotes cases which pose risk of contract termination by client]

  • To improve job knowledge and performances of our security officers through briefing and training so as to serve our clients better. Assessment of the progress may be done from the results returned through customers’ satisfaction survey. To achieve or maintain at least 73% rating in Customer Satisfaction Survey”.
